There's a cab stand outside of baggage claim at SJ International. Greeters speak English - just tell them you want to go to Isla Grande. They will fill out a slip and had it to the next driver in line, who knows just where to take you. Some of the drivers don't speak much English, so this system works quite well.

As Kris said, it should only cost $20.
