I copied this post from a previous post that I had done while researching our March trip. This should give you a rough idea.
Isla Nena was very good about responding to email inquiries. But best bet is to actually call the airlines directly as their flight schedules may change.
This is for going to Culebra on Thursday, 3/2
Returning to San Juan on Saturday, 3/4
(IG = Isla Grande)
Air Flamenco -- $95 RT or $50 OW
IG --> Culebra 7:45am, 8:30am
Culebra --> IG 3:30pm, 5:15pm
Isla Nena -- $160 RT + $12 fuel fee p/p or $85 OW + fuel fee
SJU --> Culebra 2:00pm
Culebra --> SJU 1:00pm
* Isla Nena only flies to San Juan International now according to the agent. They don't have a ticket counter in Isla Grande anymore, they only fly charters from there.
Vieques Air -- $98 RT or $54OW
IG --> Culebra 8:30am, 4:45pm
Culebra --> IG 7:15am, 4:00pm
We ended up flying Vieques Air because their schedule worked out best for us. They were pretty good.
Hope that helps!
