I'm with Richard on this. I never wear any clothes on Culebra. Well, if it's chilly, I'll wear a t-shirt. But that's where I draw the line.
Seriously, temperatures (both air and water) vary little during the year. Check weather.com for average highs and lows. It's warm year round.
But you will definitely want a pair (or two) of light pants in the evenings to prevent bug bites. We learned that lesson the hard way.
And bring a long sleeved t-shirt just in case there's a "cold snap" and it goes down to 65 during the night. LOL.
Don't bother with sleeping bags, in my opinion. A flannel sheet is more than enough.
