I have enormous gratitude that Culebra is not mentioned in big travel pieces. In the late 1970's, I stayed inexpensively many weeks on St. Barths with my young daughter upstairs at le Select; we were the only persons most days on anse de cays (Feb/March) which would be impossible today.
