Is March Busy?

Hi..I was wondering if anyone could help me witha few questions. I am planning a trip to Culebra the 1st week of March. Is this a very busy time? Has anyone been there at this time? If so, whats the weather like? Have any of you camped on the island, if so, is it hard to reserve a spot? Thanks for your help. Fawn
