Clean and quiet place to stay

We'll be in Culebra next month and are looking for a clean, quiet place to stay, hopefully near downtown. We are not looking for luxury, just a place where we can get a good nights' sleep. Mamacitas is often recommended, but we are concerned about noise as we will be there on a weekend. Any ideas?

Depending on your dates, we have some availability in January. We're just outside of town in La Romana, great views & breeze. Wherever you stay, have a wonderful visit. --Susan
