Carmen, I spoke with Isla Nena this afternoon ($60.00 roundtrip from Fajardo to Culebra per person) and I spoke with (Air Flamenco $54.00 roundtrip from Fajardo to Culebra). Isla Nena has flights at 6:30 AM, 10:00 AM, 12:00 noon, 3:00 PM and 4:30 PM Monday through Friday. If your son weighs less than 30 pounds he will ride on your lap for free.
