2 nights in culebra

Hey,
Myself and 3 of my college friends will be flying into San Juan on Sunday May 14, and are thinking of spending a couple nights in Culebra. Is there ferry available on Sunday? Any recommendations for the best place to accomodate 4 near flamenco beach that is not to costly? We are just looking for 2 days of relaxation and a little bit of snorkling. Thanks for any help or advice offered......
