Hello! Love this forum. So glad it exists.
I have been to Culebra a couple of times but I haven't been to Puerto Rico since Maria (my heart is still filled with sadness for so many people's suffering and the behavior of our leadership).
I would love to return this November, but I am curious about the conditions there. I know there was quite a bit of devastation. If anyone could fill me in a bit on what to expect (if anything), it would be much appreciated.
