It's pretty impossible to reach them electronically. The cargo reservations go first to the supply trucks, then to the residents. You may find it very hard to get a reservation at all if you ever get through to them. And, rental cars (assumption on my part, I know) are not allowed on the ferry, as it will void your rental policy.

Happy Diving!

You would need to go to the office about two weeks in advance to get a ferry reservation.

This government doesnt surprise me one bit, has not changed ever since i left. The Culebra business owners and locals should sit down with the Major of Fajardo and get this issue fixed. i dont know why they have 12 different phone numbers and they even pick em up, we been calling since 8 am yesterday all day every 10-15 minutes and no one had the courtesy to pickup the phone. i hope they dont protest when finally PR becomes a Republic cause sure enough is heading that way. We always have a backup plan an rented a jeep and our buddies are bringing their dinghy, this unproffesionalism is not bringing my trip down, no way. Thanks for the Reply. See ya in Culebra!
