Is calling on the phone the only way to make ferry reservations? After 3 days of constantly trying, still no luck. We have only 3 hours between landing and San Juan and the 3pm ferry, so we would love to have reservations. Will anyone make them for us and we pay some type of service charge? thanks, any advice appreciated!

Good afternoon,
As we state under the FAQs on our website, it's pretty useless to try to phone the for ferry reservations.

We are able to purchase tix in advance for our guests. Perhaps if you don't yet have your accommodations booked you might check to see we have space.

Best,
Terrie

If you are taking a publico, he might be able to purchase tickets for you if he is coming from Fajardo to SJU to pick you up. Good luck

If you land around noon and head right out to catch a cab to Fajardo you should get there in an hour. So that would leave you ~1.5 hours before the 3:00pm ferry. That should be plenty of time for the passenger ferry; assuming you are not traveling on a holiday or weekend.

Abby is experiencing the typical attitude of ANY public service employee in Puerto Rico. There is NO customer service. To be put on hold is to be on hold forever because no one is coming back. The pay phones worked like this: Put your $0.50 in the pay phone and a voice in English and Spainish states," Thank you for your money"and then click as it hangs up. Welcome to Puerto Rico.
