I was there for a very rainy week in July and felt really sorry for the poor soaked couple at Milka in their golfcart. We rent jeeps, but not four wheel drive ones. We drove to Zoni with no problems. We have driven mountain roads worse than these. However, we did not chance Soldado. We had flash floods the day I thought I might go, but there was a backhoe clearing the road.
