We are going to Culebra from San Juan in Feb. 2011. Things sounds alittle eractic for Air Flamenco. Any suggestions on who to book with?

Good morning,
Both FLA & VAL have been flying "charter only" for about a month now, however are working on getting paperwork sorted to fly scheduled flights again.

They were hoping to have all sorted by Nov., so for Feb. you should be fine. I'd call them to try to book your flight now. We have other guests who have done so for Dec/Jan & Feb. already.

Air Culebra will fly you from the Big airport to Culebra on demand (whatever time you want to leave). It's $300 one way for 1 up to 3 passengers. Pricier but offers more convenience. Will also fly from Culebra to any island with an airport.

Good afternoon,
I believe the above poster is referring to Culebra Air (Matt). He is a charter company & generally flies also from the smaller airport (less expensive landing fees associated), but sometimes can give you a ride from the Int'l airport (which is only a $15-17 taxi ride in any event).

He's got a larger plane for a bit more $, too.
