Public Dress Code

I know I've read somewhere that there are or could be questions of what is appropriate dress in public areas on the island. What are the guidelines, if any, as to what is acceptable and what is not?

Hi Eunie,

for walking around the island the code is very relaxed. For stores and restaurants I've seen signs requiring shoes and shirts in addition to minimal clothing.
