What our peers have said is true, there are many unexploded bombs or mines there, but if you walk to your left (facing the water), you will find two outstanding tanks....WE did...and the kids had a blast...lots of pics taken (as you can imagine) and none of the danger.. Flamenco is a Paradise...On a side note, when people from Culebra say the beach is crowded, they mean abou 50 people on a 3/4 stretch of a mile...in US standards, That's not crowded AT ALL!!!

HAVE FUN AND COME BACK SOON...by the way I'm not from Culebra...I was born and raised in Bayamon, but loved the island of Culebra.
