Thanks Frank. It is more about Michael's approach, not the issue about buying local. He comes on swinging his finger at you like you are a little kid. The way you approach it is much more effective. Michael throws down the gauntlet if he does not agree with you. I have seen him do it many times in other strings. We are adults, not children in his little forum classroom. And if he answered my question and THEN proceeded to lecture me, I wouldn't had said it wasn't his business, but instead he got in his pounce position by posting 'Why would you want to go to Fajardo to do your grocery shopping?' That's when I knew the lecture was about to come. And he wasn't directing his lecture to all the others who will be reading this. He directed it to me making me look like I don't support local business. He does not know anything about me to start saying the things he is saying. All I was asking was where the food store are in Fajardo and he then took it upon himself to assume that I don't support local business and saying things like 'Maybe you run out of one item which you are going to buy in Culebra - no?' Ummm NO. Here is what he is doing. He is basically creating a rule here to not mention anything about buying off the island and along with that, a rule to never say anything negative about the island including restaurant service, the beaches, the roads, you name it. The restaurant service is another joke on this island. God forbid anyone uses this forum like a forum should be used. Just say positive things about Culebra and we will all get along, right. Please, give me a break. Michael, you should have started a blog, not a forum to push your agenda. A forum is for people to express their feelings no matter if it meets your agenda or not. I have seen argument after argument on this forum mainly because YOU don't agree with what someone says. That is not being an effective moderator. I spend more time on here defending my opinion than actually getting any real information. Makes no sense to me.
