I don't think it fair to consider that one should include getting ripped off as part of their expectations of Culebra which is what it seems to me some of the responders are suggesting. "Yes" to having patience, "yes" to haivng a sense of humour, but "no" to criticizing someone who has a legitimate complaint and is warning others to avoid the probem. How many times they have or have not posted has nothing to do with the veracity or legitimacy of their complaint.
