Hola! I would check with USPS about mailing those propane canisters. They are considered hazardous materials and I think sending them via mail by you is prohibited. However, you could order them directly from a camping store and give the Culebra Post Office address as the receiving address and get them that way. Maybe you could call the grocery stores on Culebra and make sure if they have a good quantity of them or maybe prepay for the ones you need and that way you'd be assured you'd have them.
