Thank you again Mort. You've made quite the pitch, maybe we'll have to rearrange our itinerary. Although we really are interested in seeing Vieques (bio-luminescent bay) and the rainforest (a lot to see in just 9 days).
Do you have the answer to my second question or does anyone else? "We would like to get to Vieques from Culebra without having to go back to the main island. Are there private water taxi options or something we can pursue for transportation?"
