Are jeeps in short supply in March? Is it necessary to make jeep reservations ahead of arrival? Thank you.

Yes make reservations. I like Carlos Jeeps. Rent a Suzuki Viterra. Ask for an older one they run $45 per day. If you have the desire you can get a new Jeep Libetry for more...I think $60-$65 per day. You need 4 whell drive if you plan on serious exploring, otherwise 2 wheel is ok.
