Moving with a baby?

My husband and I have been discussing moving to either Vieques or Culebra. However we have a 7 month old baby and we are curious as to the pros and cons of each island in raising a small child. Is one more family oriented than the other? Does one have a higher population of small children? What kind of education opportunities are on each? Any insights would be much appreciated, especially if you or someone you know have experience relocating with an infant.

Thank you for your help! I have been reading this forum and the sister forum for Vieques and find them both helpful and insightful! I will be re-posting this on that forum as well.

Don't worry about education just yet :)

I think Culebra is probably a better, since smaller, place. Friends of mine raised their toddler here and everybody knew the girl. She was running around alone, the second she could walk. The parents were assured that she was in good hands everywhere :)
