Goverment owned ferrises work everyday 2-3 times from Culebra to Fajardo. The schedule is posted on this same site or anyother site about this small beautiful isalnd. From Fajardo then drive to San Juan. The ferry is quite inexpensive, get their schedule time ahead and be there before they depart to make sure you find a seat, specially on very busy days. Staff at the dock can orient you very well about how busy they can be that same day.
