Debbie: you better be careful when you talk about discreaminations.I have nothing against U.S. people,i like them.Also I like that our island is so loved from people like you Debbie,but you have to remember that this island belongs to us,boricuas,and you people come from the U.S.,wish is ok,to our land.And just in case ,I'm not drunk,solo que mi lengua principal es spanish but i can speak your language too.Now,Culebra is a paradise and we welcome everybody,just treat her good and enjoy your stay.I'm sure that no matter whom you rent the vehicule from,you gonna have the best vacation you ever had.At a low budget
