When did you eat the snapper at Mamacita's? I was there in early january and had the blackened snapper and it was amazing. My wife had the crusted grouper and the crabcakes which were the best we have tried. We had a wonderful time and ended up eating breakfast lunch and dinner there on our last day. Cafe Isola on the ferry dock had a great chicken club and the coffee was pretty good too.
We tried Seabourne and were pretty unimpressed, especially for the type of establishment they are trying to be. Dinghy Dock had pretty good food, but horrible service.
Already missing culebra...
