Where to Stay and Hurricanes?

we are coming to visit in August. Is the Tamarindo a good place to stay? Should we be worried about hurricanes?? should we rent a jeep?

Lauren,

Tamarindo is a great place to stay at, but you will definitely need a Jeep to get there, specially if you want to go into town.

We are going from Aug 4th to the 17th, so we might see you there.
