Zoni Beach Rental Homes: Brisas and Casa Zoni

Hello,

I'm considering renting one of these two homes and I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with, or knowledge of, either of them. Looking for a place that is as close to the beach as we can get, with nice ocean views and that is generally in good condition. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Matt,
I've stayed in Casa Zoni twice. We were planning to rent it again last March but were recommended another home due to construction nearby. It's always been clean and in good condition. My favorite part is the huge covered porch. It has a great view of the ocean and is nice and cool. It's not a bad walk down to Zoni, but walking back at the end of the day up the steep hill is tough. Brisas is next door so as far as location I think they're equal. Have rented from Culebra Island Realty the last 3 years and everything has always gone smoothly.
