Contact for Padre on Culebra

My wife and I are visiting Culebra in Mid-November and would like to re-new our wedding vows while there. But have been unable to get in touch with Padre Luis Ruiz-any help would be welcomed. We are looking at this as another step in our dream of someday calling Culebra our home.

Perhaps you should call Sister Theresa. I am sure she would assist you in contacting the Padre, etc. She speaks English & Spanish fluently.

I contacted Sister Theresa and she gave me times and days the Padre is on the island. Have left several messages but no replies as of today so am looking at any other options that someone can come up with-any help out there??
