To my knowledge there aren't any real hiking maps, however both of the hikes down to the secluded North Shore beaches of Bravo and Resaca are great little hikes that are quite wild and fun, and they both put you out on a fantastic beaches. Very hot though, bring water and watch the ocean if you decide to go swimming, it can be a bit treachorous, and chances are there won't be anyone else around at all. As far as getting there, any guide book will give you the basic gist. You'll need a car to get to the "trailhead", really just a worn path. As long as you keep going down and follow the sounds of the surf you will eventually get there.
