I can understand Ryan's frustration with Air Flamenco. You have to keep trying their reservation number continuously and then you will find them. I usually try for 2 hours continuously before getting someone on the line. They have bad customer service or too high volume..

You have to get them on the phone to process the refund. Meanwhile you can try Vieques as they are running two flights a day.
