Snorkeling Spots

Hey,

I will be arriving to Culebra on Jan. 24th staying until the 27th. It is my 4th time to the island and I absolutely love it. I want to just check with everyone to see where the best snorkeling seems to be around this time of the year and in the past I have been unfortunate not to see any turtles :'0( . Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm familiar with Carlos Rosario beach and a few of the others, but the 2nd time I was there someone directed me to "the Wall" off of Carlos I think. The last time I couldn't find it. Any suggestions on that as well? Thanks in advance...

Oddly enough after I sent my request I did scan through he others, but I'm still questioning if you have any knowledge of The Wall off of Carlos Rosario.

Hi Tara. If you want to see turtles, get in the water at Tamarindo! Before you start to approach Tamarindo Estates, (from the land) enter the beach after the empty old concrete shack, at the last parking pull-in area with a picnic table. swim out to your left, out towards the point and the buoys way out there. You'll find tons of sealife here and there, and I'll eat my visor if you don't see a few turtles..
