Hola! I would call the Puerto Rico Tourism Company 1-800-866-7827, they speak English, and request the "Que Pasa" magazine, maps, etc. Tell them that you will be visiting the island and Culebra and request they send you info about Culebra specifically. Call ASAP because you are leaving soon and sometimes this info can be slow to arrive. They answer the phone all week.You can also visit the website: http://theculebracalendaronline.com/ which is Culebra community newspaper and get an idea of what to do. This website, islaculebra.com will also give you tons of info. Just do a search under the SEARCH within the forum. I'm sure you'll get many of your questions answered.
