Angel,
July is one of the busiest holiday months for Culebra. There will be lots of campers; mostly local kids from Puerto Rico coming over for the weekend. If you go on the 29th, you should try to get the earliest ferry that you can (9:00 am). Same thing returning; I would suggest the 6:30 am ferry off of Culebra; it's inconvenient, but if you wait until any later, you and your family could be standing in line in the hot sun for a long time.
