You should not rule out Casa Ensenada which is run by Jackie & Butch Pendergast. They have a room that will fit 4 people comfortably with one bedroom having a king sized bed. You can call 866 210-0709

the best place to stay is villa flamenco beach,two steps and your on the best beach on the island,its a small pink building it only has 6 units,2 have balconies,free sun chairs/beds/umbrellas for you

Also check out Costa Bonita Resort. Very nice and good price. Very peaceful and quiet. I loved my stay there and would stay there my next trip to Culebra.
