I have ten years of fine dining restaurant experience and will be graduating from school with degrees in hospitality management and culinary arts in two years. I learned of Culebra from a good friend who will be moving there in march! Though I have alot of work experience I am only 25 and would like to see the world before its too late. I wanted to know if there are any restaurants where I could find employment and what life in general is like on the island. By the way, I was raised in the mainland U.S. and, sadly, only speak english. Is this a serious problem?
