Sorry but listening to the roosters crowing and dogs barking all night are
not part of what I'd chose to experience. We ran the fans and the AC (fan only) to drown out that cacaphony. I live in the country and am not used
to that kind of racket. After my first sleepless night without the "white noise" of the fans I was happy to run them all night long for the rest of the week.

Sleep deprivation isn't something I'll willingly endure on vacation.

I'm sure that after a while I'd sleep right through all the the barking and crowing but I'd rather be rested each morning for the day's adventures.
