Where should I stay

I am going to be a first time visitor to Culebra, but I have viisted Vieques several years ago. I can't seem to decide where to stay. I am looking for something with a great view, near places to dine and buy drinks. Nothing fancy. There will be three adults in my party. My husband's mobility is slightly limited, (no long hikes) but he loves the beach, a hammock, a frozen drink and good book. Any suggestions?
