Thanks for your help. I emailed Luis a few days ago and heard back from his yesterday. A bit pricey for us, we may decided to spend the day getting to Vieques via ferry to Fajardo. Or we may be so in love with Culebra that we won't want to leave. From what I have read on this message board Culebra sounds enchanting. This will be my first visit and this message board has been so helpful in finding out information. Thanks to all of you.
