Hi, my wife and I are planning to go to Culebra on March and we are thinking on renting a car in San Juan and then drive to culebra, taking the car on the ferry. Someone who has been there said that this might not be a good idea because some roads may not be good for a standard car (might need a 4x4).
I would greatly appreciate to hear some thoughts about this.
Our other option would be to fly to culebra and rent a car there. What are the prices of car rentals in Culebra?
