2 night stay

Hi All

Even though I´d love to stay longer I can only fit in 2 nights. But I cant find anywhere that doesnt have 3 night min stay. Any ideas would be so appreciated, I´m coming from Europe and I´d hate to miss this amazing place. I can´t camp though!
