Don't worry about the firestorm created by your post. This topic obviously needed to be discussed. I'm glad to hear that you had been to Culebra many times. I'm afraid it's experiences like this that cause people not to see the beauty of Culebra and thus not return. I sense that you will not let this stand in your way of returning. :)

Have you looked into disputing this charge with your cc company?
