What is the weather like in october?

We are planning a trip to Culebra this coming October to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. I have seen mention on the forum about the monsoon season in November, mosquito season when it rains, etc. I stayed for a few days in March in PR and SDQ and it rained there most days, but was not inhibiting... was rather refreshing...

So whats the weather like in October?
