New Year's happenings?

Hello!

My wife and I will be are coming to Culebra for the first time from 30 Dec-4 Jan. While we know Culebra isn't known for its nightlife (one of the major reasons we are coming!) I was wondering what goes on for New Year's? We are both interested in getting to know the local culture; are there any events we should check out?
