I'll be going to Culebra in Feb and am very interested in fishing. I'm not too picky as to target species, just want to bend the rod and feel like I'm not wasting my time. I'm an avid fisherman and can pretty much cover what ever type of fishing is available but I don't want to bring too much stuff or equip that won't be useful. I'll have access to a 20' outboard boat and certainly don't mind walking/wading. Any info on what's hot this time of year, where to go, what to bring will be very much appreciated! Thanks.
