My Spanish is a bit challenged, but if I read the stories correctly, an injunction was issued against Gonzales, but won't be enforced, because one of the lawyers missed a court apppearance? And the defendant, Meibers, was fined $3000 for trespassing? Not a good trend...I hope a better translation yields a better ending.
