Hola Culebra-philes,

We went to Culebra last year mid-march and absolutely LOVED it! We want to return this year but have to choose between a week in early January and one in late February. I have been on other islands in late December and they still seemed more prone to rain. Is there any regular difference in the weather between early January and late February? We would like to get less rain if possible.
