Culebra is truly a beautiful place. What my new husband and I love the most about Culebra is the fact that preserving Culebra's natural surroundings seems to be most important. We loved how, although tourism is important, it's not overly crowded and abused in that manner. We feel that Culebra is a diamond in the rough - and, selfishly, should stay that way ;o)
