I was just told today by someone who lives in Vieques that there is no longer a ferry between Culebra and Vieques. She said that when workers from Vieques stopped working in the Culebra factory, the ferry stopped running. So to get from Culebra to Vieques, you have to take the ferry to Fajardo and from there, to Vieques.
