In December I'll be flying between Culebra and Isla Grande airport in San Juan.
I'm wondering how early the Culebra publicos start running from Playa Flamenco back to Dewey? I'd like to reserve a morning flight out, but want to make sure I can get from my camping spot back to the airport in time!

If anyone knows... Thanks for the info!
