Hi!

I have a question regarding a cargo ferry.
We're renting a car in Puerto Rico and we'd like to bring to to Culebra for a couple of days (beginning November).
I've read that a cargo ferry fills up very quickly, and you have to reserver a space for your car weeks in advance. Does it still hold true for a month of November?
