I enjoyed the 2002 New Year's celebration in the plaza near the Ferry dock. A friend has said that, due to some rowdiness in 2003, this year's celebration will be formal and geared toward Culebrenses, not visitors.

It's a shame that happened, but I don't see myself packing a tux to the place where I usually pack t-shirts, flip-flops, shorts, and snorkle. Will there be any alternative celebration for the less formal pubic/visitors?
